To Keep Babies Warm, We Need Many Warm Hearts
Warm Hearts Warm Babies is run completely by volunteers. All donations go to helping the babies of Colorado. Any cash donations we receive are used strictly for purchasing supplies and maintaining the Baby House that we use for storage and production of our layettes. Each month we receive more requests and so we are always gaining more work. WHWB is always in need of new volunteers so that we can continue to maintain the level of love and warmth we supply to the agencies, babies, and mothers we help. We are always looking for more warm hearts.
Volunteers Make It Happen
Our volunteers are the warm hearts that make everything happen. There are tasks for everyone. Many of our volunteers sew, knit, or crochet various items for our layettes. Some create items to sell at craft shows. Others pack layettes or deliver them to the agencies we serve.
WHWB’s has volunteers with various other skills that help us manage our finances, create newsletters, take photographs, or write grant proposals.
